These terms apply when you buy or use the Handwriting 30 workbook from this website. By paying, you agree to them. They are written to be read, so please do.

1. Who we are

Handwriting 30 is made and sold by handwrite30, A-18, A Block, Naraina Vihar, New Delhi 110028 (“we”). Contact: handwrite30@gmail.com.

2. What you are buying

A digital PDF workbook for 30-day handwriting practice, at ₹51 including all taxes. A printed copy (₹999 plus ₹99 delivery) is offered only when we announce stock. Joining the printed-copy list is free and creates no obligation on either side.

3. Payment

Payments are taken in Indian rupees by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. A purchase is complete when Razorpay confirms the payment.

4. Delivery

The PDF is sent to the email address you give, normally within minutes. See Delivery. Please give a correct email address. We cannot be responsible for a wrong address you typed.

5. Your licence

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to download the workbook and print it for use by you and the members of your household. Please do not copy, forward, upload, resell or share the PDF, or any part of it, with others. Each copy is marked with the buyer’s email address. If a friend wants it, send them this website.

6. Ownership

The workbook, the logo and the text on this site belong to handwrite30. Buying a copy does not transfer any ownership.

7. Practice guidance, not medical advice

The workbook is practice guidance. It is not medical or therapeutic advice. If you feel pain, numbness or tingling in your hand or arm, stop and see a doctor or physiotherapist. We do not promise any particular improvement. Results depend on your daily practice.

9. Our responsibility

We take care over the workbook and this site. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the workbook, and we are not responsible for indirect losses.

10. Changes

We may update the workbook, the site or these terms. Terms that apply to your purchase are those shown on the day you paid.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer under Indian law. If you have a complaint, write to us first at handwrite30@gmail.com. We will reply within 2 working days.
