We collect only what we need to deliver your workbook, and we do not sell your data. This policy follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email address, the Razorpay payment ID and status, the date, and any referral code you arrived with. If you buy as a gift, your friend’s name, email and your short note.
- When you join the printed-copy list: your name, phone number and delivery address.
- On this website: a small note in your own browser (a referral code) so we can credit the friend who sent you. We do not run advertising trackers.
Why we use it
- To take payment and send you the workbook, a receipt and any resend you ask for.
- To contact you about a printed copy, only if you joined that list.
- To keep accounts and records as the law requires, and to answer your questions.
We do not send marketing emails or messages unless you clearly ask for them.
Who sees it
Only the services that help us run the shop: Razorpay (payments), our email delivery provider, and Google (our order sheet and email account). They handle data only to provide those services. We share data with authorities only when the law requires.
How long we keep it
- Order records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Printed-copy list details: until we have contacted you about your copy, or for up to 12 months, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is earliest.
Your rights
You may ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Write to handwrite30@gmail.com and we will reply within 2 working days. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to buy the workbook or join the list for you.
