Refund and cancellation

The workbook is a digital download delivered by email within minutes, so we cannot take it back once it reaches you. Here is exactly what we will do.

We will refund you in full if

• the PDF did not reach your email, and we could not resend it within 7 days of your payment;
• the file is damaged or will not open or print, and we could not fix it within 7 days;
• you were charged more than once for the same order;
• you paid but we cannot deliver, for any reason on our side.

If money was taken but no email came

Our system checks every open order with Razorpay every few minutes and sends the workbook as soon as the payment is confirmed. If it has not arrived within 30 minutes, use Send it again or write to us with your payment ID, and we will send it or refund you.

We cannot refund

• a change of mind after the file has been delivered;
• a wrong email address typed by you. We will still resend to the right address once, free.

We recommend the free sample first, so you know what you are buying.

How to ask

Write to handwrite30@gmail.com with your name, the email you used and the payment ID if you have it. We reply within 2 working days.

How long a refund takes

Approved refunds go back through Razorpay to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Cancellation

You can cancel before paying, simply by closing the payment window. A failed payment is not charged. If money is debited for a failed payment, it is returned automatically by your bank or Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days.

Printed copies

Joining the printed-copy list takes no payment. Terms for paid printed copies will be shown with the offer when stock is announced.
